your future with us. Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is hiring
First-Line Manufacturing Managers (Level K) to support the 777
Fuselage Assembly Center (FAC) team in Everett, WA. This position
is available for 2nd or 3rd shift, which will be determined at the
time of offer. The 777 FAC First Line Leader role operates at the
center of an increasingly dynamic and fast-paced environment, where
production demands, decision-making, and team coordination must
keep pace with a rapidly changing environment. As the organization
pushes towards rate increases and greater efficiency, this position
requires a leader who can maintain clarity under pressure, guide
teams through constant change, and drive performance while
upholding safety, quality, and accountability. It is a role
designed for someone who thrives in a high-energy setting and is
ready to lead with confidence, adaptability, and a commitment to
operational excellence. Position Responsibilities: - Manages
employees and performing activities within multiple manufacturing
disciplines - Must be capable of executing recovery plans in a
complex production system - Develops and executes integrated
departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on
departmental business and technical strategies, goals and
objectives - Acquires resources for department activities, provides
technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements -
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with
customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports -
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products
and processes - Manages, develops and motivates employees This
position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will
be required to work in Everett WA. Basic Qualifications (Required
Skills/Experience): - 3 years of experience in an Aerospace,
Fabrication, or Manufacturing environment - 1 years of experience
leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role - 1 years
of experience using Lean Manufacturing and/or Continuous
Improvement practices and tools in the workplace - 1 years of
experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint,
Excel and Word - Willing to work variable shifts, including
weekends, holiday, and overtime Preferred Qualifications (Desired
Skills/Experience): - 1 years of the Boeing Production System (BPS)
- 1 years of experience advising and influencing cross-functional
teams to recover factory performance and solve operational quality
problems - 1 years of experience with Boeing systems such as SAT,
CMES, REDARS, & Worklife - 1 years of experience managing Key
Performance Indicators within Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and
Manufacturing data - Demonstrated skills in Communication, Team
Building, Managing Conflict, Building Positive Relationships, and
Ethical Leadership Shift: This position is for 2nd or 3rd shift and

considerations. Summary Pay Range: $126,500 - $146,500 Applications
