This includes discovering and analyzing business models, economics, profitability, To-Partner Value Props and Messaging, as well as Through-Partner Value Props and Messaging - Business Model Assessments --- leveraging the above to look side-to-side across the various SMB influencers and ecosystems to determine the optimal business models and GTM strategies for exponential growth via influencer partners.
