Part Time quilt store assistant manager needed.Compensation is
15.60 per hour plus discount on non-sale items and the awesome
feeling you get from working in a quilt store surrounded by lovely
Must be able to work unsupervised after the paid training period.
Customer Service Duties include: open and closing store daily,
greeting and assisting customers, use of a rotary cutter/scissors
and ruler to accurately cut fabric, use of register, tidying of
store, folding fabric, etc. Management Duties include: Ability to
line up work for employees during their customer service shifts,
create kit assembly packets, receive inventory/shipments, respond
to customer inquiries and phone calls customer service people do
not have answers for, working with Operational Manager on duties
employees can be performing in slow time, etc.
April and May training shifts available to get paid training before
June. This position is for a Tuesday/Thursday 11am to 3pm person.
Schedules are set one month in advance so you can plan your month
around your work schedule giving the most flexibility for work and
play balance. This is a great job for someone in college or someone
looking to get out is the house a couple hours a day during the
Start date for training is as early as April 15th 2021 or as late
early may depending on your availability. You need at least 6
shifts working under supervision to be on your own come June. Once
June comes you will be working 10am to 2pm for the summer season
and then returning to 11-3 in the fall for our off season.
Location is Tangled Threads Quilt Store in Lynden, Washington.
