The Store Manager will lead Company initiatives that further our Vision, always put the customer at the center and create a compelling & engaging environment for team members.Your journey begins with an extensive training program that enables you to help customers design and build a sleep system of their dreams.Key Responsibilities:PeopleDrive individual and store teams performance, through the achievement of KPIs, to reach targeted goalsManage, train and coach store employees in sales, product knowledge and operating activities, providing constructive feedback, annual performance reviews and Individual Development PlansCreate staff schedule to drive store goals and store profitabilityMaintain customer relationships during and post-purchaseCreate an environment where customers are always at the center and have an exceptional experienceConduct workforce management activitiesEnsure store execution of product merchandising, marketing and POP standardsEnsure company policies, including appearance and functionality standards, and state regulations are followedEnsure timely open and closing proceduresManage stock inventory levels for assigned storeProvide technical and product knowledge information to associates and customers, serve as subject matter expertAssist in processing inventory countsFollow all Company procedures on cash handling including acceptance of payment and deposit processesAdhere to all sales processing policies to ensure the proper creation and execution of customer invoicingAssist customers with load outs and in store purchasesProfessional communication and representation of Company brand in all internal and external interactionNon-Essential ResponsibilitiesAbility to push, pull or lift 50 poundsAbility to stand or sit for 8+ periods of timeExecute company initiatives and any other activities requested by supervisorAbility to plan strategicallyMaintain awareness of competition, advertisements and services offered, develop strategies to counterQualificationsIdeal candidate will have 2+ years of management experience in a sales environmentCommission-based sales experience a plusMicrosoft Office and excel product knowledgeComputer literate, familiarity using POS systemsMotivated by a pay for performance compensation planBenefits:Leadership base pay, commission + bonus opportunityTuition Reimbursement Benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and 401kContinuous training and development opportunities Generous merchandise discountsEmployee Perk Discount Programs including and not limited to cell phone, travel, electronics, car and home loansNow dont fall asleep out there the sooner that we receive your application, the closer you are to the career of your dreams!
