Provide full support to the initiation, growth and management of
business and cash management accounts.
* Provide assistance to treasury managers to facilitate the
timely processing of new business and commercial deposit requests
as well as monitoring and providing data on existing accounts. *
Review and evaluate new account forms and requests for
completeness. Follow up with customers to ensure quality client
experience onboarding with new deposit and online banking products.
* Support the preparation of deposit paperwork by effectively
communicating with customers to acquire additional documents and
information necessary to open accounts and cash management
services. * Prepare data for reporting on accounts, deposit
balances, non-interest income, and other department revenues. *
Complete data entry of financial information into various software
programs. * Respond to telephone callers and visitors to resolve
routine and complex inquiries. * Prepare monetary transfers as
needed for customers, i.e. loan advances, payments, deposits, etc.
* Understand, review and provide account information for business
customers as needed. * Support the administration of different
products and services in cash management. * Resolve administrative
and new client onboarding concerns by analyzing issues; identify
and coordinate appropriate solutions. * Provide input and feedback
on projects and process integration. * Maintain regular and
predictable attendance. * Perform related duties and
responsibilities as assigned.
* High school diploma or certified equivalency. An associate's
or Bachelor's degree in a business-related curriculum or the
equivalent preferred. * Typically requires 1-3 years of experience
providing support with business deposit and cash management
products and services. * Basic working knowledge of cash management
products and services including documentation requirements
preferred. * Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced working
environment and be adaptable to change. * Broad knowledge of
administrative and office management practices and procedures. *
Highly effective verbal and written communication, organizational,
and planning skills are essential. * The ability to deal with
confidential and highly sensitive situations with discretion, tact,
and diplomacy. * Effectively elicit cooperation and support from
others, and coordinate the work and efforts of others. *
Demonstrated skill and proficiency in the use of personal computers
and the Microsoft Suite * A valid Washington State license is
The work requires the ability to operate office machines and
equipment, such as personal computers, printers, copying machines
and telephones. The work requires the ability to communicate
clearly with customers, coworkers, and others in person and on
telephones. Work activities involve combinations of
sitting/standing for extended periods.
