Who we---re looking for: We are seeking growth-minded, highly driven licensed real estate sales professionals to join our team. Depending on experience and sales history you will start as a buyer's agent. Real estate agents must be highly sociable and draw energy from working with people. Successful partners have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. In addition, they demonstrate on a daily basis the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving professional who is committed to putting clients first, to doing the right thing, and to seeking win-win agreements.You are growth minded AND demonstrate a commitment to learning by attending courses, reading, studying, teaching, and regularly practicing skills. What you---ll do: Most applicants will begin as a buyer's agent and will be responsible for home buyers from lead to close. You will be responsible for generating leads using proven techniques, following up, and consulting with clients through the purchase process. You will work directly with buyers, showing them homes, writing offers, negotiating inspection reports and repair addendums, and interfacing with lenders, other agents and inspectors. Buyer---s Agent Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of buyers--- transactions from initial contract to close Prospect for buyer leads, convert leads to appointments, and close transactions Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close Effectively negotiate, or oversee negotiations, for buyers Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and homeownership issues Build trust and rapport with buyers and other transaction stakeholders and work well with a transaction coordinator Be available to show homes and perform activities at least 5 days per week or as needed and requested Knowledge, Skills and Requirements: Excellent at building rapport People-oriented Strong written and verbal communication skills Good organizational skills Learning-based High availability and flexibility to accommodate Buyer schedules High school diploma Washington real estate license (or ability to obtain) Reside within 30 miles of Bellingham zip code 98226 Clean, reliable car and valid driver---s license Authorized to work in the US Who we Are: Co-founded by visionaries Chris Suarez and Ben Kinney, PLACE is the Top national Real Estate organization focused on providing unlimited agent opportunity, superior consumer experience, and all HOME related services under one Brand.
