There is opportunity for advancement, and Full Benefits are offered following 30 days after Permanent Hire.Pay: $16.00 p/h Schedule: Monday- Friday 6am- 2:30pm or 3:00pm-12:30am Requirements:PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Able to bend, stoop, kneel, lift, walk and perform repetitious movement. Able to lift 50+ lbs.COMMUNICATION: Has the ability to speak, read and write in English. Understands and follows directions accurately. Able to verbalize concerns and improvement ideas.SAFETY: Understands and follows all safety and personnel policies. Performs job in a manner that is safe for employees and avoids damage to materials and equipment.WORKMANSHIP: Works quickly, productively and safely to meet customer quality, service targets and needs.TECHNICAL: Able to use applicable tools, and understand the processes required for the area.TEAMWORK: Part of an efficient and respectful work team. Flexible in assisting other team members.ATTENDANCE: Reliable & shows up to work on time every day. Must have reliable transportation.
