INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT 1 Location: Eastsound, WA Clinician I - PT -
20 Hours/Week Compass Health is currently looking for a Clinician I
or II to join our Outpatient Team in San Juan County! What you will
be performing The Clinician I or II serves as a member of the
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). IOP applies a
multi-disciplinary treatment team approach to provide
high-intensity, home- and community-based mental health services to
individuals in need of this comprehensive level of care. Team
members work together to provide intensive coordinated and
integrated treatment as described in an individual service plan.
Services are provided in the home and community to rehabilitate
individuals who are experiencing severe mental illness symptoms.
Main goals are to help these individuals avoid more restrictive
levels of service, such as inpatient psychiatric hospitalization or
residential placement, and to facilitate step down to more
traditional outpatient services when ready. What you will be
bringing Bachelor's or master's degree in a behavioral
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with evidence-based
practices, or interest and ability to learn.
Individuals who do not already hold a license or associate license
through the Washington State Department of Health must submit
Agency Affiliated Counselor application upon hire and be approved
by the DOH.
Valid Washington State Driver's License including vehicle and
appropriate insurance.. What you will be sharing Ability to work
effectively with individuals with complex needs and multi-system
Ability to maintain a positive, solution-focused demeanor when
responding to conflicts or problems.
Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to multitask
within a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
General computer proficiency, including the ability to utilize
electronic medical record systems.
Ability to pass pre-employment criminal background check, which may
or may not include an additional search by DSHS. What we will be
