Responsibilities:
Ensure all teams have access to current information on the client
database by continuously updating
Routinely meet with bankers, agents, and professionals through
lunch and happy hour meetups with a goal of 10-12 face-to-face
meetings per week
Manage social content for the company and post to Facebook,
Instagram, and other social media channels to generate engagement
and attract more business
Design and craft flyers for realtors and monthly mailers working
together with marketing team to positively represent the
business
Provide calls and handwritten notes to database, realtors, and
referral sources through the outlined Daily Success Plan
Create a list of real estate agents by production and make daily
calls with a goal of 13 live connections per day and 40 calls per
week
Establish a call list of banks, credit unions, etc. and set a goal
of 30 calls per week
The Business Development Representative executes a very specific
plan to achieve success. The Business Development Representative
has a "Daily Success Plan" that includes but is not limited to the
following:
--- Phone calls to real estate agents and referral partners
--- Setup coffee/lunch appointments with agents and referral
partners
--- Regular follow-up with prospective and regular referral
partners
--- Open Houses visits
--- Attend Realtor events, local seminars, social events, community
service events, etc.
--- Work on soft agents (agents we previously closed loans for on
the listing side)
--- Present our unique programs to all partners
--- Maintain a database CRM of all partners
--- Maintain a marketing contact program - emails and text
messages, mailers, handwritten notes
Qualifications:
Must have reliable transportation to attend client meetings
Demonstrated strength in the areas of time management, written and
verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
Understanding of the sales process and how to enter information
into client databases
Relative experience in sales as a real estate ISA, sales
representative, or similar role of at least 1 year
--- The Business Development Representative is a person that is
motivated to establish and create relationships with referral
partners. She or he is driven to execute a marketing plan that
drives business to the Dean Hayes Team. This person shows
outstanding phone skills, persistent and consistent follow-up,
professional personal appearance, the ability to persuade agents to
work with The Dean Hayes Team, and the ability to do individual or
group presentations about our company. This individual must be
organized, self-motivated, creative and have a positive
attitude
--- The Business Development Representative is not a loan officer;
instead, they will be a fantastic communicator, great with people,
and they will learn enough about our industry to be conversant
--- The Business Development Representative calls on referral
partners and other people capable of providing referrals to create
a database and promotes a consistent message
--- The expectation is that this position has some established
relationships already in the Real Estate industry and the Business
Development Representative will expand on those relationships by
asking for referrals
--- Work-life balance is very important to the Dean Hayes Team, and

--- The Business Development Representative receives a small base
compensation with strong incentives to produce. This will drive and
encourage the Business Development Representative to produce more
and in return earn more. This is a full-time position with company

--- Travel is not necessary, but if travel is exciting to you, this
could be an opportunity to work remotely while still meeting with
your referral partners on a scheduled basis.
