Description:The work will be performed on 47' Aluminum Coast guard boats. It will include welding things onto the deck plates, repairing hulls, weld assemblies, fabrication.Welders produce welded assemblies from fabricated components per custom or stock specifications. MIG, TIG and ARC are the sought after experience. The work is 70% indoors in a warehouse setting. Monday - Friday 40 - 45 hours a week. Some duties below:--- Positions, aligns, fits and welds together parts using jigs, welding torch and hand tools.--- Verifies conformance of workpiece to specifications, using square, ruler and measuring tape.Skills:

• Aluminum Welding
• MIG
• TIG
• ARC
• FabricationAdditional Skills & Qualifications:--- Minimum Vocational or Technical School certificate on welding trades, one (1) year experience in a welding shop environment or demonstrated proficiency in advanced welding procedures.--- Certified to a moderate level of skill and knowledge to ensure compliance to standards and specifications.Experience Level:Intermediate Level About Aerotek: We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
