Job Description:
Trainer ITeleflex in WA, ID, OR, and UT Primary Job Purpose:The
Regence Operations Trainer I is responsible for providing education
through maintenance and delivery of Regence Operations processes
and procedures. Trainers evaluate participant performance and
effective application of learning principles.Normally to be
proficient in the competencies listed below:The Regence Operations
Trainer I would have two years' experience in operational areas to
include customer service, claims, membership and/or delivering
training in a matrixed environment or equivalent combination of
education and experience.Responsibilities:
- Develop limited content and ensure consistency for all training
material including performing updates as necessary to reflect
current practices
- Facilitate all day-to-day aspects of the classroom environment
to meet the needs of a diverse audience, including providing
leadership to participants, monitoring student progress and
communicating with business leaders
- Deliver Regence operations training modules with attention to
and adjustment for learning styles, retention and recall of
material taught
- Stay abreast of industry updates, methodology, changes and best
practices and makes recommendations for implementation of industry
best practices
- Conduct routine audits to assess the effective application of
knowledge and make real-time changes to the presentation of
training materials when necessary
- Performs continuous assessment of participant performance in
order to validate and adjust delivery method to ensure knowledge
transfer
- Maintains knowledge of operations systems, updates, changes and
innovations in order to analyze training practices for
effectiveness by performing job functions of training focus areas,
attending team meetings, side by side observations and quality or
transactions monitoringMinimum Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to command the attention of an audience
while training both in person and virtually
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
including the ability to tailor both content and style to
effectively reach a diverse audience in a variety of settings
- Demonstrated ability to coach, facilitate, motivate and inspire
people to achieve work success and to connect their jobs to the
company cause
- Ability to adjust working styles as necessary to work
independently or within a team to achieve training goals and
deliverables
- Demonstrated desire to learn and adjust performance based on
provided feedback to enhance delivery and development of course
materialWork Environment:
- No unusual working conditions.
- Work primarily performed remotely, but may be required to work
on-site in the future.
