a motivated individual who is a well-organized team player with
strong communication skills, to join our tight-knit legal team.
Reporting to our Associate General Counsel, you will be responsible
for supporting the Udemy commercial legal department on the
day-to-day departmental needs.We're looking for someone who can
help us maintain our fun and earnestly authentic culture while we

and you will support and participate in these efforts to help

level.What you'll be doing:
- Serve as administrator for contract workflow processes and
contract management tools used by the legal team, such as Zendesk,
Docusign, and IronClad
- Provide efficient, accurate, and timely administrative and
management support, and maintain an efficient workflow of all the
requests coming into the legal team
- Ensure all documents and document requests follow the
appropriate internal processes and protocols, including proper
review, approval, and execution, and maintain the contract
database
- Anticipate problems and key issues, and exercise sound judgment
in making reasonable decisions, appropriately escalating issues
when necessary
- Collaborate with attorneys and other cross functional teams on
sensitive and confidential issues
- Help maintain the legal team's excellent sense of humor, fun,
and enjoyment of workWhat you'll have:
- Proficiency with common applications and software (Google Docs,
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, SharePoint, Outlook) and experience
with document review technology and workflow preferred
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving
skills; ability to function in a fast-paced and dynamic
environment
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret certain legal
documents, and spot issues and risks for commercial legal team to
evaluate
- Must have excellent oral and written communication,
interpersonal, and intercultural skills, and be a team player who
enjoys building relationships and working with others
- Attention to detail, a sense of passion to support Udemy's
business, and the versatility and confidence to take on challenges
that are presented to you

range for this position is $82,000 - $140,800. Actual compensation
is based on several factors, including but not limited to
job-related skills, qualifications, experience, and specific work
location due to differences in the cost of labor. In addition to a
base salary, this role is also eligible for benefits and
equity.
