is experiencing significant growth and we invite YOU to grow with us! We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team and advance their careers. We have immediate openings for entry-level production workers for both DAY and SWING shifts at our Burlington, WA location.



Responsibilities:

• 
  
• 
  Work in a fast-paced, repetitive production environment.
  
  
• 
  Perform tasks at various production workstations as required.
  
  
• 
  Operate motorized and non-motorized production equipment with proficiency.
  
  
• 
  Cut products to precise measurements when necessary.
  
  
• 
  Regularly lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  
  
• 
  Prioritize safety by wearing personal protective equipment (e.g., safety glasses and hearing protection) throughout the shift.
  
  
• 
  Be punctual and reliable, including the ability to work overtime hours and Saturdays.
  
  
  
  
  Minimum Requirements:
  
  
  
  • 
    
  • 
    No specific experience requirements, although framing experience or previous work in a fast-paced production environment is advantageous.
    
    
  • 
    Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
    
    
  • 
    Capability to perform tasks involving lifting, pushing, or kneeling as needed.
    
    
  • 
    Work in an environment with temperature variations and loud noises.
    
    
    
    The expected starting pay range is $20.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on the candidate's equivalent experience and internal equity with other employees in the same job classification. The position is eligible for overtime compensation in accordance with the wage and hour laws of the state in which the job is performed.
