We are currently seeking a Tower Technician II for our Washington

telecommunications installation, builds, upgrades, and mods. We are

Job Description: This position is responsible for but not limited
The Tower Hand is to perform installations as well as test and
troubleshoot problems within the wireless network with minimal
guidance for tasks.
Routinely works with all outside installation contractors and
departments within the company to complete work assignments on all
equipment to include antennas, towers, coax cabling and associated
equipment. Assist with carrier upgrades and adds.
Follow proper safety procedures.
Fully test an antenna/line system as required via PIM or Sweep.
Follow detailed method of procedures (MOP) and practices to perform
maintenance on equipment.
Operate Capstan Hoist proficiently
Understand hand and arm signals
Rig equipment such as antennas, radios, and trunk cables.
Work closely with the lead to understand the jobsite tasks.
Develop and maintain a positive company image and provide a strong

What we are looking for:
1-2 years' experience climbing and working on towers.
Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and drive or ride in a truck for
long periods of time.
Ability to climb towers 100+ feet tall, with a 50 lb. load.
Flexible to work shift work to include maintenance window and
weekends if needed.
Experience with UMTS, Carrier Adds, and LTE upgrades.
Candidates will be expected to travel up to 100% of the time.
Travel will be within the PNW and RMR regions.
Employment is dependent on the successful completion of a
