The growing Business Consulting Services practice is a collaborative group that is committed to providing superior client service through strong relationships and high value deliverables. The Consulting Senior Manager role will support the Human Capital Management (HCM) practice and bring HR/HCM consulting and/or HR/HCM practitioner experience with a deep understanding of HR/HCM strategies, organizational models, programs, processes, and technology. -This position will work on a variety of projects, primarily for clients in our public sector, not-for-profit, and tribal industry group. -These projects may focus on management and organization assessments, process improvement, performance audits, strategic planning, and implementation of solutions.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with other practices across Moss Adams on various internal and external projectsSupport practice development by building HCM practice assets, tools, and templatesDrive internal awareness by delivering, sharing information, supporting discussionsSupport pipeline & business development via internal discussions, collaboration with external partners (solution providers and system implementors), networking, and eventsSupport Sales process by facilitating sales meetings, building proposals, resource model, and scopingDeliver readiness assessments and facilitate results/recommendations with clients to understand organizational capabilities. -Facilitate planning discussions to guide clients through the following activities:Design of strategy, roadmap, strategic planning, business case, etc. deliverables -Transformation design thinking sessions to build/improve transformation programs such as governance, change management, organization design, technology readiness, value realization, and continuous improvement - -HR optimization sessions by leveraging leading practices in the design of new programs and process such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, DE&I, Payroll, Benefits, Wellness, Employee Engagement/Experience, etc.Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) and thought leader in the delivery of client enablement, campaigns, user conferences, executive briefings, webinars and other events -Manages and participates in individual/role based development

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; MA or MS in organizational development/organizational psychology, MBA, or MPA/MPP preferredMinimum seven years of HR consulting experience / HR practitioner experienceSignificant experience in delivering HR Transformation, HR Strategy, HR Strategic Planning, Change Management, HR Organization Structure/Service Delivery, HR Program/Processes, HR (Cloud) Technology, HR Implementation/DeploymentStrong verbal, written and facilitation communication skillsProven commitment to providing exceptional client serviceAbility to use interpersonal and negotiation skills to influence client stakeholders at varying organizational levels and with conflicting prioritiesEffective time management, organizational and project management skills, proven ability to prioritize while simultaneously managing numerous projects/priorities often under tight deadlinesAbility to collaborate and work effectively across functions/departments/teams while building trusted relationships and positively influencing others.Self-directed professional with strong interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint)Ability to travel as needed, approximately 50%

---Compensation range for Washington State (Excluding Greater Seattle Area): $185K - $203K
---Compensation range for Greater Bay Area: $222K - $244K
---Compensation range for California State (Excluding Greater Bay Area): $194K - $214K
---Compensation range for Colorado: $185K - $203K
