Job Description:
Come and join our team at North County Lawn Care LLC. - Our
company was started in 2003 and we are currently looking to hire an
experienced, energetic candidate to join our Plant/Bed Maintenance
Crew.Job Summary:The Plant/Bed maintenance department is
responsible to maintain through proper horticultural techniques,
gardening, at high-end residential and commercial
properties.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maintain a safe work
environment.Perform daily procedures to the highest quality
standards.Use of hand tools and maintenance equipment.Maintain
annual flower bed/planters and perennials.Removal of unwanted
vegetation in planting beds, gravel beds, parking lots, and
sidewalks.Pruning or ornamental trees and shrubs.Methods and
techniques of planting, transplanting, cultivating, pruning, and
maintaining a variety of ground cover, shrubs, hedges, and
trees.Effectively communicate with Office Staff to ensure work is
within contractual obligations.Openly receive "on the job"
training, safety, equipment technique, etc.Daily paperwork/app
filled out correctly.Keep work truck/trailer and equipment clean
and organized.Perform other activities that may be temporarily or
permanently assigned.Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation to
and from work.Maintain a valid WA State driver's license, MVR
required.Clean insurable driving record.Ability to lift 60 lbs.Be
able to carry a 20 lb. backpack blower.Ability to walk 2-9 miles
per day, including hills and stairs.Can bend or crouch for long
periods of time throughout the day.Ability to drive a truck and
enclosed trailer.Benefits:
Crew members starting wage $20-$25
-DOE.Monday - Thursday Schedule (occasionally Fridays during the
