Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Production Supervisor. This
role will oversee and manage all production operations in adherence
to established policies and guidelines. This role entails
multifaceted responsibilities ensuring the efficiency, quality, and
safety of manufacturing processes.Key Responsibilities:Lead,
develop, recruit, train, and assess team members' professional
growth.Ensure precision and quality in all production procedures in
accordance with company quality program .Plan and organize the
production team's schedules.Supervise cleanliness, sanitization,
and maintain a safe work environment.Requirements/Skills:High
school diploma or GED (Degree preferred).3+ years of manufacturing
experience (beverage/food/Consumer goods expeirence highly
preferred).2+ years of supervisory experience in
manufacturing.Experience with Food Safety, HACCP, and GMPs
preferred.Familiarity with SAP is preferred.Strong organizational
and communication skills.
