The Associate is responsible to maintain, repair, disassemble and troubleshoot on a variety of equipment.The qualified candidate must have good communication skills, and mechanical aptitude. Teamwork is a priority and apprentice installers must be willing to work with and assist co-workers as needed. And above all have a high degree of being self-motivated. All employees must be able to pass our background check, drug-screen, and DMV driving record check.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Basic knowledge of electrical or electronic principles, wiring specification, properties of various materials, principles of operation and application of electrical or electronic equipment such as switches, control boards, generators, circuit breakers, electronic inspection units, etc.Use power tools to aid in installation of equipment and ducting.Positive, learning attitudeWill be given specific work direction and expected to complete task in an efficient, safe mannerWork from elevated surfaces such aerial lifts and climb laddersMaintain organized work environmentUses appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as prescribed by company program(s) or procedure(s)Provides feedback on developing safety initiatives and plans to eliminate exposures that could cause accidents.SECONDARY DUTIESBecome familiar with current Mechanical & Electrical Codes and apply practical job performanceParticipating in continuing education training to career growth modelAssist in maintaining assigned company facilities and equipmentQualificationsRequired Skills and Experience1+ years of previous building maintenance and facilities experience.Ability to work OT as requested by management to complete special projectsAbility to lift up to 75bs frequentlyAbility to work in a refrigerated warehouse up to 4 hours at a timeAbility to work in the outdoor elements as the job needs ariseBasic experience with Carpentry, Electrical, or Plumbing Preferred Skills and Experience1+ years of working knowledge in electrical maintenance and repair.Additional InformationSupplemental InformationThis employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the Social Security Administration and if necessary, the Department of Homeland Security with information from each new employee's Form I-9 to confirm work authorization.We do not provide H1-B sponsorships at this time.Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
