Maintain a welcoming, professional, visible presence at the front desk; engage with guests, ensuring they are always treated in a cordial, respectful manner representing the Company's brand image. \n Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols. Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required while maintaining thorough documentation of sales transactions \n Address customer concerns independently whenever possible \n Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation and completion of daily checklists \n Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures, including participation in bi-annual inventory check \n Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards \n Complete any additional tasks as assigned by management \n \n What You Bring: \n \n Legally authorized to work in the US. \n At least 18 years old \n Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation. \n High school diploma or equivalent, preferred \n 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred \n Gets charged up by interacting with others, by being outgoing, friendly, and easy to talk to \n Conveys information in a way that inspires action \n Gets excited by developing and sharing fresh ideas \n Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays \n Communicates information in a motivating manner that prompts action \n Flourishes in an environment that values exceptional service and customer satisfaction \n Maintain reliable attendance \n \n What’s In It for You: When you join us, you are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits programs, which include: \n \n Extended health, dental benefits, and vision insurance \n Employee Discount from 10% - 30% \n Life/Disability Insurance \n Flex Spending Account \n 401K \n Paid Time Off \n \n Compensation: \n The first two weeks of training are paid at an hourly rate of $21.65 to $21.65 per hour, at the minimum wage rate in the location where you work. After training the hourly rate remains the same and incentive eligibility begins. This position is eligible to earn bi-weekly and monthly incentives, as well as quarterly written sales bonus. Incentive rates range from 0.25% to 30% depending on products sold and written sales volume. The quarterly written sales bonus is based on total written sales volume and is reasonably expected to range from $0 to $3,500.00 based on fiscal quarter store and individual sales performance. \n Benefits: \n When you join our family, you are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits programs which include Health, Dental, Vision, Life/Disability, Flexible Spending Accounts and 401(k) to eligible Team Members.
