Are you a results-driven automotive professional with a passion for leading high-performing sales teams? Pierre Auto Group is seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to lead our pre-owned vehicle department and drive our dealership's continued success. As a key member of our leadership team, youll be responsible for managing the used car inventory, leading and motivating the sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Departmental Operations Overseeingall aspects of the used car sales department. Work with sales staff to help customers complete their purchase by utilizing desking software to create profitable, customer-focused purchase proposals after analyzing buyers credit, trade-in details, etc. Help recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals Help implement effective sales strategies, processes and goals Oversee inventory levels and adjust to the market conditions. Appraise trade-ins and acquire vehicles for resale. Work with Service Department to ensure proper reconditioning of acquired vehicles. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly Qualifications: 3 years of experience in automotive sales management, preferably in used vehicles Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading successful teams Strong knowledge of inventory management and vehicle appraisal processes Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills Experience with dealership CRM and DMS software Valid driver's license and clean driving record What We Offer: Commission-based compensation with performance bonuses available.
