Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical
experience. 5 years of experience in digital advertising,
consultative sales, digital media sales, business development,
online media environment, or digital marketing roles. Preferred
qualifications: Experience with digital advertising campaigns and
platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube, or DV360. Ability to
communicate effectively through written and verbal channels to
deliver compelling stories. Ability to analyze datasets, identify
actionable insights, and communicate findings. Ability to build
relationships, organize complex tasks, and influence partners to
achieve business goals. Ability to deliver results consistently in
a fast-moving environment. Ability to navigate ambiguity as a

US base salary range for this full-time position is
$108,000-$154,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are
determined by role, level, and location. Within the range,
individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant

Responsibilities Plan for and achieve business growth goals by
pitching and implementing tailored Google advertising products and
solutions. Deliver value delivered narratives to showcase impact,
win incremental Google media investments, and demonstrate results
back to the client. Partner with Account Executives (AEs),
specialist peers, and external stakeholders to ensure all projects
are executed on time and to an exceptional standard. Develop
forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative
recommendations that align with customer goals and highlight
high-impact opportunities. Build and sustain an expert-level
knowledge of Google advertising products and how to apply them to
solve a wide range of marketing challenges.
