What you can expect In this role, you will support strategy
alignment through revenue forecasting, reporting, and data quality
management. You will partner with teams across Sales, Marketing,
Product, Finance, and Operations to deliver insights that support
planning and performance. The role focuses on building scalable
reports and processes that contribute to growth, retention, and
informed decision-making in a global environment. About the Team
The Online Business Operations (Ops) team supports our global
Online organization, driving alignment between sales strategies,
business objectives, and measurable outcomes. We partner closely
with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to deliver
critical insights, streamline processes, and optimize business
performance. Our team manages the tools, data, and reporting
frameworks that power revenue forecasting, productivity analysis,
and executive decision-making. We thrive in a collaborative

Responsibilities Supporting forecasting, budgeting, and P&L
analysis by preparing models, tracking performance vs. plan, and
partnering with FP&A and Online teams. Preparing QBR and
executive reporting materials by compiling data, analysis, and
insights that highlight performance, risks, and opportunities.
Analyzing MRR, churn, CAC/LTV, funnel performance, pricing, and
customer behavior to identify trends, drivers, and actionable
insights. Partnering with Product to track and report on roadmap
initiatives, KPIs, ROI, and customer impact through data analysis.
Supporting improvements in online conversion, onboarding,
retention, and upsell by analyzing lifecycle performance and
testing results. Maintaining Salesforce data accuracy and building
KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks to support ongoing analysis
and decision-making. Supporting Go-To-Market programs, launches,
and operational processes through reporting, analysis, and
cross-functional coordination. What we’re looking for 5 years in
Business Operations, Revenue/Go-To-Market Ops, Product Ops, or
Analytics, ideally in SaaS, B2C or eCommerce environments Be an
excellent communicator with experience preparing clear, concise
reports and data summaries for cross-functional teams and
leadership Have advanced SQL skills and experience with BI/CRM
tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, or Databricks to extract,
analyze, and visualize data Have proven experience collaborating
with cross-functional teams in dynamic environments to deliver
insights and support decision-making Be an analytical thinker with
solid business acumen, skilled at structuring ambiguity, analyzing
complex problems, and delivering actionable insights to support
business goals Salary Range or On Target Earnings: Minimum:
$76,800.00 Maximum: $186,200.00 In addition to the base salary
and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy
that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and
commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a
location based compensation structure; there may be a different
range for candidates in this and other locations. Ways of Working
