This position plans, organizes and implements social work services for those participants in the HAWP program, which include participants enrolled in the Program for All-inclusive Care of the Elderly (PACE) and Assisted Living facility. The Behavioral Health Supervisor for HAWP provides clinical care and functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary team, pursuant to 42 CFR §§ 460.102(b) and (d), and meets applicable educational and licensure requirements to represent the Master's Level Social Worker role. Education - Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited school required. Experience - Three (3) years' experience in behavioral health services delivery required; administrative experience in areas of supervision preferred; experience in program development and evaluation preferred; experience providing behavioral health services in a PACE setting preferred; experience working with elderly population preferred. Other Requirement(s) - Active Washington State Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker license. Valid WA State Driver’s license and proof of insurance. Must meet Washington State requirements and qualifications as an approved clinical supervisor.
