your future with us. Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking
for a Lean Practitioner to support the Boeing Supply Chain Team
based out of Everett, Washington. Our team is currently hiring for
a broad range of experience levels, including Experienced and
Senior Lean Practitioner. As a Lean Practitioner, you will play a
crucial role in driving Lean initiatives across the organization,
both factory and non-factory environment. You will be responsible
for Lean initiatives and partnering with stakeholders to enhance
efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall performance. This
position requires a deep understanding of Lean principles and
methodologies, as well as the ability to mentor and guide teams in
their Lean journey. Position Responsibilities: - Facilitate Lean
activities and initiatives across various departments - Conduct
value stream mapping and process analysis to identify areas for
improvement - Develop and implement Lean training programs for
employees at all levels - Collaborate with cross-functional teams
to drive continuous improvement efforts - Utilize data analysis and
metrics to measure the effectiveness of Lean initiatives - Mentor
and coach stakeholders in Lean principles and practices - Prepare
and present reports on progress and outcomes to management - Stay
updated on industry trends and best practices in Lean methodologies
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): - 3 years of
experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environment
- 5 years of experience using LEAN Principles and/or Continuous
Improvement practices and tools in the workplace - 5 years of
experience working in cross-functional teams - 5 years of
experience with coaching and facilitating training - Willing and
able to work a variable shift (primarily 1st shift) - Willing and
able to travel domestically, potential international travel
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): - 10 years of
experience with coaching and facilitating training - 10 years of
experience teaching Lean tools and concepts - 5 years’ related work
experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 years of experience working with the Boeing Problem Solving
Model - Lean Six Sigma Certification - Experience in Toyota
Production System (TPS)/Boeing Production System (BPS) Shift: This
role is primarily first shift; however, there may be additional
shift requirements to support program objectives. Drug Free

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well
as market and business considerations. Summary Pay Range for
Associate (Level 3): $109,000 - $133,000 Summary Pay Range for
Mid-level (Level 4): $133,000 – $161,000 Summary Pay Range for
Senior level (Level 5): $161,000 – $197,000 Applications for this
