your future with us. Boeing Commercial Airplanes, Environmental
Control Systems (ECS) team is looking for a highly motivated
Mechanical System and Design Analysis Engineer (Associate or
Experienced) to join our team in Everett, WA. This Individual will
work within the Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA), Environmental
Control Systems organization to develop, produce, deliver and
support customers who fly Boeing airplanes. Overview: At ECS

standards of safety and efficiency. The Environmental Control
Systems (ECS) Engineering organization plays a pivotal role in
defining and integrating essential airplane systems, including
cabin pressurization, air conditioning, ice and rain protection,
fire protection, and avionics cooling. Our mission is clear: to

crew, electronics, and cargo through the most reliable and

Position Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Support
the Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Environmental Control Systems
(ECS) organization for the 767/KC-46 and 777/777X as a system
owner, ensuring effective production systems and customer
operations. Demonstrate a foundational knowledge of aircraft
systems and structures. Assist in the design and installation of
innovative product improvements and value creation initiatives for
the BCA program, particularly for high-pressure teams. Collaborate
across the value stream with suppliers, design teams, production
teams, the pilot community, and service engineering to enhance
system support. Engage in resolving in-service issues,
troubleshooting production challenges, and participating in
development program flight testing. Coordinate and lead technical
reviews with internal ECS teams, customers, suppliers, and the
pilot community. Acquire knowledge of design and installation
requirements for high-pressure ducting and systems, including the
Nitrogen Generation System (NGS), Cabin Air Conditional Control
Temperature Control System (CACTCS), Ice and Rain Protection
System, and Duct Leak Overheat Detection System (DLODS). Mentor
with experienced senior engineers to deepen understanding of system
architecture and analysis techniques, contributing to the success
of design teams and the ECS community. Assess complex system events
to identify potential safety issues, utilizing spatial integration
at both the system and component levels. Develop hardware and
software component and system design requirements, supporting
supplier qualification for these components and systems.
Collaborate directly with airline customers and airplane component
suppliers to ensure effective system integration and customer
satisfaction. Seek guidance from ECS Technical Councils and Subject
Matter Experts (SMEs) as needed. Provide advice on appropriate
engineering approaches to address technical risks, issues, and
opportunities. Review all design team outputs for completeness,
compliance, and accuracy. Integrate high-pressure systems design
requirements and functionality with the Analysis team. Participate
in technical reviews, workshops, and audits. Exhibit a committed
mindset and enthusiasm for fostering a lean/agile organization.
Work under general supervision. Work Authorization: This position
is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be
required to work onsite at Everett, WA location. Basic
Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience): Bachelor of Science
degree in Engineering (with a focus on Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace
Aeronautical or Material Sciences) 2 years of experience in an
engineering discipline Preferred Qualifications (Desired
Skills/Experience): 3 years of related work experience or an
equivalent combination of education and experience. 2 years of
installation design experience. Experience with, or a strong
willingness to learn about, high-pressure systems in a sustaining
program environment. Navigate effectively in Enovia, PDM, CATIA V5,
and IVT/Flythru. Desire to continuously improve our airplanes and
to expand into technical areas without prior experience in an
effort to learn from a hands-on environment. Basic understanding of
Boeing Regulatory Administration and certification principles.
Experience working in a multi-disciplined Systems Engineering

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well
as market and business considerations. Summary Pay Range: Associate
(Level 2): $91,000 - $123,000 Experienced (Level 3): $111,000 -
