Description Responsibility, authority and 24 hour accountability for the management of resident/patient and all employees assigned to neighborhoods. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree - In Nursing from an accredited school of nursing. - Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire. - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. - 3 years - In a leadership and management role in Nursing. - 2 years - In Long Term care setting including end of life care.
